Owner of Nielsen-Friis IT is Finn Nielsen-Friis, who holds more than 20 years of hands-on experience with IT and especially ERP.
Finn is a Business Economist (aarhus, Denmark), who already during his studies for the BSc took an interest in IT - an everlasting interest as it turned out...
Since 1995 Finn has almost exclusively been engaged in projects regarding ERP-products from Microsoft Business Solutions (former Damgaard Data and Navision). That is Axapta/Dynamics AX, Concorde XAL and C5 - with Axapta in focus ever since 1998.
Finn has undertaken various roles, as educational consultant, systems consultant, commercial as well as tecnical project manager, and also team and departmental management. Primarily with well branded companies as Microsoft Business Solutions (then Damgaard Data), Columbus IT Partner, Oracle og Tectura (then Merkantildata).
A wide range of customer related projects has given Finn a profound understanding of business processes, international project management, change management, and more.
Finn holds quite a few degrees and certificates, including the MBS Certified Master-Axapta Applications level and the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
Supplemental to nielsen-friis IT Finn recently started to offer carefully selected ERP books, training manuals, free advice and more in the e-shop Potanda; ERP - expand your knowledge. Thru this shop other ERP consultants and partners will also offer their deliveries.

For any task, requiring external resources, Finn will carefully select the most competent for the specific task.
Each and every time the very best resource is selected. That is the core benefit of using a net of subcontractors: we do not have a bunch of consultants on fixed salary, waiting for "something to do".
If Finn is not 100% fit for the job, a subcontractor is matched for the specific task (subject to customer approval). The responsability for a job well done still lies with us, of course.
